BLAKE COULSTON

SENIOR TOWN PLANNER

Blake is an up-and-coming young planner with 4 years’ experience and has already demonstrated extensive knowledge and understanding of the planning process and development requirements that goes above and beyond. Since completing a Bachelor of Planning at James Cook University, Blake has gained experiences working within both the private and public sector as he has previously worked for a surveying/town planning organisation, followed by employment at the Whitsunday Regional Council and Noosa Shire Council.

Blake can advise and undertake all manner of town planning developments from Material Change of Use, Operational Works, reconfiguring of a lot, to Building works. Even though Blake is highly skilled he specialises in QDC Referrals, Superseded Development Applications, Show Cause Notice resolutions, and all components of holiday rentals/Airbnb (Rooming Accommodation, Short-term Accommodation, Home-Based Business (BnB).

Blake takes high care to ensure that clients are well-informed during the application process and ensure clients understand the development process from start to finish with no surprises for the client during the process.
