Commercial Structure Dilapidation Inspection & Report 

Scope:

JCE was engaged to investigate and review the condition of an aged manufacturing building that had been subjected to multiple projects with little to no documented history.  

Solutions:

J.C. Engineers undertook a full site audit on multiple parts of the building with flexibility provided to ensure the plant kept operating at all times. A 3D Scan was undertaken to capture additional data and build a full model including beam orientations and sizes, joint details and machinery locations. Our Engineers utilized this information to structurally assess the building and identify areas that needed attention. We were then able to provide Hazard Mapping for the client to enact immediate safety exclusions while a long term solution was engineered and constructed.
